Quick service, excellent communication. It was my first time ordering from L.A. Color Pros, but I had heard good things from hv20.com. I placed my order and received my items in the standard shipping time. However I was sent the wrong DV tapes, I contacted L.A. Color Pros via email, and within 20 minutes I had a new tracking number for the correct tapes, even before I had shipped the incorrect ones back. Awesome service, awesome prices, awesome store.
